How to Use

  • Women take 1 tablet daily, preferably with food. Not formulated for men or children. Do not exceed recommended dose.

  • Easily digestible magnesium supplement

    I received this for feee in exchange for my honest review. I take magnesium already so this is not earth shattering nor will I see any additional benefits. However, I am glad these are a reasonably sized pill and are a gel capsule. Some vitamins can make me a little queasy after taking but this had no ill affects. It’s a 3 month supply if you take the recommended 2 pills a day. Overall I’m very satisfied and may switch from my regular magnesium to this new complex.
